Shipping Policy
Our shipping prices start at A$8.95 and increase based on the weight of the order.
Orders of A$75 and above qualify for free delivery within Australia and New Zealand.
Turn-around Time
Most of our orders are handmade with love at our Melbourne warehouse. Typically, it takes 2-4 business days to dispatch handmade orders after receiving payment. Shipping time depends on your location and whether you choose standard or express post. Our stock is shipped from Melbourne, VIC.
During sales periods (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Easter), turn-around times may increase to 6-10 business days. Please email our customer service team at info@cmcgold.com.au for more information. We will also inform customers of our latest cut-off periods during sales and holiday seasons via our social media channels and website. Please consider these times and dates when placing your order.
Note: Express shipping doesn't change turn-around times or push orders in front of others. it only allows your parcels to move through the postal network faster than standard post.
Jump the Queue Service - Orders placed before 12pm VIC time will be dispatched the next business day (during sales periods, order will be dispatched within the next 2 business days). This service is not available for Bunnie Caddie, Vanchi products, removable wall decals/prints, and personalised blankets.
**Personalised Blankets take 6-8 business days to dispatch**
All blankets are made to order from scratch, then once made they are cleaned and dried over a 2 day period. During sales periods (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Easter) turn-around times can be 6-10 business days.
**Cutting Boards take 4-8 business days to dispatch**
Our personalised cutting boards are popular gifts during Black Friday Sale, Christmas, Mother's Day, and Father's Day. Turn-around times can be 6-10 business days during these periods, and 4-8 business days during standard times of the year.

CMC Gold is not responsible for loss, delivery delay or any damage to your package. This can be a result of a delay caused by our carrier that we do not have control over.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
**Shipping to New Zealand takes 10 - 15 business days.**
The international shipping fee is based on the volume and weight of the order, and will be calculated at checkout. Some orders may incur customs or import duty charges based on your country's regulations. For further information, please contact your local customs office. All customs duties and tariffs charged by the local customs office are at the customer's expense. CMC Gold reserves the right to deny any international shipment due to reasonable concern and will not be held responsible or liable for any duties, taxes, customs clearance policies, or lost parcels during shipment.
Pick Up
Pick up can be arranged by appointment only from our warehouse at 66-72 Mercedes Drive, Thomastown 3074, Victoria. When checking out enter the discount code PICKUP so shipping isn’t charged on your order. Once the order is placed, please contact us with your order number to arrange a pick-up time. Our warehouse is not open to the public, so a time and day for pick-up will need to be arranged.
Re-delivery
If a parcel is returned to us due to insufficient or incorrect address details, we will organise re-delivery at the customer's expense. Please ensure your address is correct before completing checkout.
Order Tracking
You will receive an email or text with tracking details once your order is dispatched. Please monitor the tracking information in case no one is home to receive the parcel and you need to collect it from the post office or organise re-delivery.
Note: Parcels returned to us due to a customer not collecting their parcel will also need re-delivery at the customer's expense.

All terms are expressed in business days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
