If your order is incorrect or if your items have arrived damaged, please let us know within 5 business days of receiving your order.
We will make arrangements to replace the incorrect/damaged items.
We offer returns on our party supplies range excluding our handmade cake toppers. Please let us know within 5 days if you have changed your mind. Postage costs will be at your expense, upon receiving the items back in their unopened state we will issue you a refund.
We are unable to accept ‘change of mind returns’ on our baby decor range as most of our items are hand made to order, and due to the custom nature of the products we are not able to restock and resell them.
All items on sale are final sales and no exchanges or refunds will be given unless the product is deemed faulty.
We do not refund if the incorrect shipping address is given by the customer, if the item is returned to sender, we will charge the customer again for the initial shipping costs.
CHANGE OF ADDRESS
The shipping address for your order is shown in the checkout and on your order confirmation and shipping confirmation emails.
In the event that an incorrect address was entered, address changes can only be made prior to the order being processed. Where possible CMC Gold will accommodate address change requests.
CMC Gold takes no responsibility for orders shipped to an incorrect or invalid address and is not liable for any loss associated.
