Returns Policy
At CMC Gold, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction by providing high-quality products and excellent service. We strive to make any necessary returns or exchanges as seamless as possible. Your happiness with our products and services is our top priority.
Incorrect/Damaged Items
If you received an incorrect order or items that are damaged, please contact us via email at info@cmcgold.com.au or call +61 434 220 843 within 4 business days of receiving your order. Ensure that the items are in their original condition. We will make the necessary arrangements to replace the incorrect or damaged items.
Note: We cannot accept returns on items that have been used. Do have the parcel and the invoice on hand for further investigation and assessment.
Change of Mind
Many of our products are made to order, specifically for you. Please double-check your order prior to confirming it, as bespoke or customised products cannot be returned due to a change of mind.
For dummies, we cannot accept exchanges or refunds on items with opened packaging due to hygienic reasons.
Sales items and samples are final sales. No exchanges or refunds will be given unless the product is deemed faulty.
For non-customised products, returns due to a change of mind are accepted on the following basis:
- Returned within 30 days of receiving the order;
- As new, unused, unworn, and unopened, with all original packaging and tags intact (including unbroken package seals, if any);
- In a resalable condition;
- Not damaged in any way.
To return or exchange an item for a change of mind, please follow our returns process:
- Contact us via email at info@cmcgold.com.au or call +61 434 220 843 for instructions on how to proceed with the return or exchange.
- The item must be returned and inspected before a refund decision is made.
- If the item does not meet the conditions of this policy, no refund or credit will be processed, and the item can be returned to you at your cost.
- If the item meets the conditions, we will issue an exchange or refund. The cost of re-delivery will also be at your expense.
Note: Customers are responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods, including shipping. If the item is not received by CMC Gold, the customer will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Changes to Order
Ensure that your order customisations are exactly as you want before purchasing. While we try to accommodate changes after an order has been processed, we cannot make changes once the order has been made or shipped.
Return to Sender Policy
If an order is returned to us by the carrier, due to an incorrect address, unclaimed parcel, or failed delivery attempt, it will be classified as a Return to Sender (RTS).
Once received back to our warehouse, the order will be held for 4 months.
During this time:
- The customer is to contact us to organise redelivery (at buyers’ expense).
Please note:
- Redelivery costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Refunds are not provided for Return to Sender orders.
If we do not receive a response within 4 months, or we are unable to make contact, the order and its contents will be discarded and will no longer be eligible for reshipment.
To avoid this, please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout and that parcels are collected promptly from your local post office/collection point.
Lost Parcels / Unclaimed Parcels
We do not offer refunds if an incorrect shipping address is provided. If the item is returned to the sender, the customer will be charged again for the initial shipping costs.
Change of Address
The shipping address for your order is shown at checkout and in your order confirmation and shipping confirmation emails. Address changes can only be made before the order is processed. Where possible, we will accommodate address change requests. However, we are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or invalid address and are not liable for any associated loss.
