Shipping pricing starts at $8.95 based on the weight and increases accordingly. This will automatically update at checkout.
How does free shipping work?
We offer free shipping on orders paid over $75.
This means if your order for the items in your cart come to $75 or over free shipping is automatically added. If a discount code is applied and brings the total amount under $75 then shipping will be added.

How long until my items are dispatched?
We are always all hands on deck so all handmade orders are made by us within 2-4 business days of receiving payment and then shipped out the following day.
During a sale period, Father's Day, Mother's Day, Easter & Christmas our turn around time may increase.
How long will delivery take?
Once your order is dispatched delivery times will vary depending on your location from Melbourne.

Can I track the progress of my delivery?
Yes. Tracking details will be emailed to you as soon as your order has been dispatched. We also provide email and SMS updates every step of the journey so you know exactly where your order is. Any problems please get in touch and we can best assist.
Why have I not received any order confirmation details?
Most times this is because the email address may have accidentally been entered incorrectly upon checkout. Throughout the process, we send a confirmation email and an email to say the order has been dispatched.
