Your print is delivered in A-grade Isla Dream print tubes, rolled and wrapped with tissue paper. Ready for gifting!

Turn Around Time
We are always all hands on deck so all handmade orders are made by us within 2-4 days of receiving payment and then shipped out the following day.
During a sale period or during busy periods like Mothers Day, Fathers Day or Christmas time it might be a couple days more. Please refer to our cut off times for these periods on our website home page or social pages.
Shipping
We understand the importance of keeping the shipping cost low for our customers which is why we have made every effort to find the best deals we can in offering you the cheapest possible rates.
Shipping costs are estimated on size and weight of items. Shipping costs will be calculated at the time of checkout and will be dispatched from our warehouse in Melbourne.
We mainly use Australia post but for the odd heavier, bulkier package we will use Sendle.

Acrylic Care Instructions
Here’s how to care for your product:
1) Do not leave your acrylic in direct sunlight or in a hot car; it may bend or bow. Keep your acrylic laying flat.
2) Handle your acrylic goods with care. Acrylic scratches easily due to the nature of the material and can shatter or chip upon any forceful impact.
3) Cleaning: Your acrylic shouldn't need to be cleaned often however in the event you would like to clean your acrylic use a dry microfiber cloth to wipe the surface.
Acrylic cannot be exposed to most household cleaning agents, as the fumes/moisture will cause the acrylic to stress.
If the chemical is in direct contact with the acrylic, it could cause a cracking or peeling effect.
Do not use ammonia based window cleaners including Windex, citrus-based cleaners or alcohol solvents.
How To Hang Your Piece
Your plaque can be secured to a wall, door or backdrop using 3M Command mounting strips.
Our plaques are very lightweight so 3M stripes are ample to hold them securely.
Please use a minimum of 3/4 of a packet each plaque.
For 80cm & 100cm plaques we suggest using 2/3 packets of 3M command mount stripes due to how large the plaque is.
Please note: Due to the fragile nature of acrylic if it falls off the wall it will shatter so please be careful not to drop your plaque when placing it on the wall. Keep it laying flat, in a safe place until ready for hanging.
We recommend 2 people to hang your plaque. 3M Mounting strips can be purchase from Bunnings or your local supermarket.
